"Rock N' Rule"

Films: Trick or Treat (1986)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: No, rock music is not the spawn of Satan, despite what your out-of-touch elders and Batman of all people would have you believe. Well, unless Sammi Curr has something to do with it.

History: In life, Sammi Curr was one of the most popular and vulgar rock stars around. Then he died in a hotel fire. An unceremonious fate, but he wasn't done yet. His unreleased album ended up in the hand of his biggest fan, Eddie, whom he communicated with after he played the disk backwards. A calculated power surge ended up bringing Curr back for real so that he may thrill audiences again and kill whoever he pleases.

Notable Kills: Zaps people to death with a literal electric guitar.

Final Fate: Eddie eventually takes it upon himself to lure the enraged Curr into a police car that he drives off an unfinished bridge. With no radios in sight to go back to, Curr is sent back to Hell.

Powers/Abilities: Can summon demons, travel between radio signal sources, and warp reality to some extent.

Weakness: If there are no radios for miles, Curr will have nowhere to go.

Scariness Factor: 4-Imagine the worst aspects of every arrogant, self-absorbed music star being amplified with murder and demon powers, and you have Sammi Curr. A shame too, considering how much of a bad rep rock music got back in the day.

Trivia: -Curr's music was done by the rock band, Fastway. Surprisingly, their stuff isn't that bad.

-Curr was played by Tony Fields, who was known for performing in some of Michael Jackson's more famous music videos.

Tends to take away the 'scary' from a movie like this.

Congrats. You lumped them in with Sammi.

And you thought human fans were bad enough.
I'm more concerned about where that wyrm came from.

They just look like they don't care. It's the end of days, guys!

Forced face-palms never end well.
Necrosis is an awful result of demonic soul-sucking music, as you can see here.

Ragman? How's that for a humiliation?

"Kamehameha!"
Quit pouring your heart to that demon and stop that noise!

There goes any chance of a modeling career.
